We do not pass on any personally identifiable information about you to any third party except secure credit card information as needed by our ordering system. We do not rent out customers' e-mail addresses to third parties. Occasionally, we will send e-mail communications to provide information that we think you will find useful, including information about new products or services. In those e-mails, it is our policy to have instructions on how to unsubscribe so that you will not receive any future e-mails if you so desire.
We do allow pets at White Pine Lodge. However, some of our cabins are reserved as non-pet cabins. Therefore, bringing your pet may impact your choice. PRIOR APPROVAL MUST BE OBTAINED, and you will be held responsible for any damage incurred by your pet.
Deposit & Cancellation
A deposit of $200.00 CAN per person is required to hold your reservation and is non-refundable.
Due to White Pine Lodge's operational size and limited season, cancellations give us little opportunity to fill open cabins. For these reasons we must adhere to a non-refundable deposit cancellation policy. Your understanding is appreciated.
We accept payment by cash, certified check, VISA, or Mastercard.
All guests are required to personally register at the office upon arrival. Late arrivals and days lost through early departure will be charged at the regular rate.
Check-In time is after 3:00PM. Check-Out time is prior to 9:00AM.
If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out time, PLEASE make arrangements PRIOR to your arrival. An extra charge may apply.
To ensure the safety of our guests absolutely NO GAS may be brought into the resort. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated by everyone.
RATE NOTICE: ALL RATES ARE BASED ON CANADIAN FUNDS. U.S. Prices reflect the weekly prevailing exchange rate - subject to change. WE ACCEPT PAYMENT IN U.S. FUNDS. The current exchange rate will apply at the time of Payment. ALL TAXES ARE EXTRA AS APPLICABLE.
